Cricket PEI's Appeal Policy provides a fair, transparent, and timely process for any member to contest decisions made by the association or its committees. We are committed to natural justice and due process, ensuring that all parties have the opportunity to be heard.
This policy applies to decisions relating to selection, disciplinary outcomes, eligibility rulings, and other official determinations made by Cricket PEI. Any member affected by such a decision has the right to initiate an appeal within the timeframes specified in this document.
Right to Appeal
Any member affected by an official decision is entitled to lodge a formal appeal within the prescribed timeframe.
Neutral Hearing
Appeals are reviewed by an independent panel with no prior involvement in the original decision, ensuring impartiality.
Timely Resolution
